Greeley's Local Compounding Pharmacy

Refills can be done over the phone by calling 978-4557 and pressing option #1.

For online refill requests:

1. Go to http://www.refillrx.com (this takes you a new site)

2. Click the “register” button in top right hand corner

3. Under “Pharmacy Search” put in the zip code 80634 and the last 4 digits of The Pharmacy at St Michael's phone number which is 4557

4. Click “Select Pharmacy” button under The Pharmacy at St Michaels option

5. Enter information for Option #2 (Supply Patient Information) and Option #3 (Prescription # - your prescription number is located on the top lefthand side of the label on your prescription vial following the letters “Rx”. It will be 6 digits long and starts with 100)

6. Step #3 – create a username and password

7.  Log in - when refilling a prescription, be sure to hit the "submit  refill" button in the Quick Refill box on the right side of the screen under our phone number.  (If you don't hit the "submit refill" button, the system doesn't send the refill request.)

Note: You only need to create a registration profile (Steps #1-6) once.  Once the profile is completed, all you need to do in order to submit refill requests in the future is to log in.
